This bathroom felt very stark when we first moved in and I wanted to freshen it up with items we already had.
Honestly a space doesn’t need much to be spruced up! I only added a brass wall sconce (one for less $$), art, rug (similar one), left over scrap wood from home depo and brackets to make shelves, and of course some greenery! Just those few things made such a difference!

Another thing you may notice is the grouting on the tile floor. I took 1-2 hrs and painted the grout. Which made the space feel so much cleaner! Nothing more gross than dirty grout. I tried cleaning the grout with some tips I found on Pinterest but that hardly made the difference. I ended up using Polyblend bright white and I just ordered it off Amazon. It worked so WELL. Scroll to see the before and after! You can also see my IG stories on how I applied it (saved in my highlights under bathroom floor grout).
Here is our 2nd bathroom, which has been a NYC living dream for us to have 2 bathrooms! It was a big bragging point for Owen when he told people about our new apartment. Honestly it has been SO nice!! I added a few things to brighten it up but the walls have tile so I couldn’t do much in regards to hanging anything. It’s small but still works perfect for us. I plan give our bathrooms a little more love down the road but for now here is a few simple things I did to update them! What do you think?!
It’s lovely🌿 i love your style! Simple, lovely, clean lines + functional. I too have floor to ceiling bathroom tiles and bathroom art was a challenge😔 thankful for command strips🙌🏼

Wow, amazing blog structure! How lengthy have you been running a blog for?
you make running a blog look easy. The entire glance of your website is magnificent, as
neatly as the content!
I do not even know how I ended up here, but I thought this post was good.
I don’t know who you are but certainly you are going to a
famous blogger if you aren’t already 😉 Cheers!
Amazing this is very open with a really clear description of the challenges. It was definitely informative.
